Poster Presentation

Guideline for Poster Presentation

For Poster presenters;

Posters must be in place by 13:00, when the oral sessions of IFAT2024 begin. The venue for poster presentations is the same as that for oral presentations. Please confirm your poster number on the poster board before posting your poster.
Poster presentations will be given between 15:00 to 16:00.
Presenters with odd poster numbers should stand in front of their posters between 15:00 and 15:30 to answer questions. Presenters with even numbers should stand in front of their posters between 15:30 and 16:00.
Please make your poster to fit on a poster board 940mm (width) x 1760mm (height), A0 size with 841mm (width) x 1180mm (height) or A0 size with 914mm (width) x 1292mm (height) is recommended.
Please be sure to use the pushpins provided by IFAT2024 committee to display your poster. Each group will have 30 minutes for presentation, including Q&A. One presenter may give a presentation for the entire 30 minutes,
or two presenters may share the presentation. Please refer to the website for the program of oral presentations.
You will use your own PC with an HDMI port. If your PC does not have an HDMI port, please bring a conversion adapter.
Venue: K507 lecture room on the 5th floor in the Common Lecture Building ,
Faculty of Science and Technology, Josanjima campus, Tokushima University. The location of the building is shown in https://www.tokushima-u.ac.jp/english/campusmap/#josanjima, which is numbered as #18 in the map.
