Guideline for Poster Presentation

Your presentation number will be notified on the afternoon of 3rd March.

All poster presenters should make presentations at Microsoft TEAM during the core time for the presentation.
Please note that the core time varies depending on the oddness of the presentation number. At the poster presentation, a breakout-room function of TEAMS will be used. Please move to the room where your presentation number is written and post the presentation materials by sharing the screen. Screen sharing poster presentations are from 10:00 to 12:00. The core time for the presentation: From 10:20 to 11:00 for presentations with odd presentation number
From 11:00 to 11:40 for presentations with even presentation number.
Be sure to wait in the breakout room for your core time (40 minutes) of your presentation.
Please prepare the presentation materials in 16: 9 landscape format. Any medium can be used as long as the materials can share the screen of Microsoft TEAMS such as pptx and PDF. The maximum number of slides used for the presentation is 2, including a supplementary material. During the poster presentation, basically present the main poster (one slide) and use the supplementary material for a short time as needed for questions and answers. Presentations using multiple slides are not allowed. You may use the video material as a supplement.
